What this site collects
Most privacy policies are written to cover everything a company might one day decide to do. This one describes what this site actually does today, which is very little — and like everything else here, you can check it rather than take our word.
The short version
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of you, and we could not tell you who visited this page yesterday.
You do not have to believe that. Open your browser’s developer tools, load any page here, and look at the Network and Application tabs — the cookie store is empty and there is no analytics request to find.
- If you only read the site We receive nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no session, no cookie and no analytics, so nothing is recorded about your visit on our side.
- If you use the contact form You send us the six fields on that form — your name, email, organization, the vehicle you are working with, your timeline, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list, and there is no marketing list to add you to.
- If you email us directly The message sits in our business email like any other correspondence, and is used to answer you.
Third parties
Two, and only two
A page that loads something from another company shares your IP address with that company, whether or not anyone calls it tracking. Two do that here, so both are named.
- Google Fonts — every page
The typefaces are served from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, so loading any page here makes a request to Google that carries your IP address and browser details. No cookie is set by it. Google’s handling is described in its privacy policy. - Web3Forms — the contact page only, and only on submit
The contact form posts to
api.web3forms.com, which forwards your message to our inbox. It runs only when you press Send; simply visiting the contact page sends nothing. It is a form-relay service: it passes the message along and we hold the result in our inbox. Their own terms are published at web3forms.com. - Links out are not requests out We link to USASpending, SAM.gov, LinkedIn and both parent firms. Those are ordinary links — nothing loads from them until you choose to click, and we are not told when you do.
Hosting and retention
Where this lives, and how long we keep things
The site is static files held in Amazon S3 in the United States
(us-east-1), in an account we control, and delivered through CloudFront,
Amazon’s global edge network — so the copy you receive is served from an edge
location near you rather than from the bucket itself.
- Access logs We have not enabled access logging on the distribution, so we hold no log of who requested which page. AWS operates the underlying infrastructure and its own operational data is governed by its terms, not ours.
- Form submissions A message you send becomes an email in our business inbox. We keep it while the conversation is live and for as long as it is useful as a record of a procurement discussion. Ask us to delete it and we will.
- Ask what we hold Email marketing@acuityreliable.com and we will tell you what we have from you, send it to you, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no process to navigate; it is a small firm and a person will answer.
What we do not do
Stated plainly, so the absence is on the record
These are worth writing down because a policy that only describes what a company does leaves you to guess about the rest.
- We do not sell or share your information Not to data brokers, not to partners, not to either parent firm. If a requirement you send us would be better served by one of the parents on its own, we will say so and ask you first.
- We do not advertise or retarget No ad platforms, no conversion pixels, no audiences built from this site.
- We do not use your message to train anything What you send us is correspondence, not training data.
- We do not ask for anything sensitive Please do not send procurement-sensitive, classified or controlled information through the form. It is ordinary email, and it is not the right channel for it. Tell us a call would be better and we will arrange one.
This page describes the site as it is configured today. If that changes — if we ever add analytics, for instance — this page changes with it, in the same release. Last updated 26 September 2026 — the date the wording changed, not the date the site was last built.
